Identify the work to improve
Note where information gets lost between your website, emails, calculation and sent document. Separate estimating needs from booking or crew-dispatch needs.
Test a realistic scenario
Use a fictional four-room request. At 0.75 hours per room and $180 per hour for the whole crew, labour is $540. Add 30 minutes of travel at $90 and agreed disassembly at $60. The illustrative total is $690 with taxes disabled.
Change an access constraint and inspect how the software flags decisions requiring review. Check the PDF and its revision. The quote does not reserve a truck and is not a recommended market rate.
